Hotel Night Auditor
Job Description:
Columbia Marriott is searching for a Hotel Night Auditor who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the hotel's financial records and providing exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Perform security checks throughout the hotel.
- Maintain accurate records of room occupancy and availability.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in hotel front desk or accounting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends.
- Marriott experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
